I think i'm becoming obsessed with how much things are changing, and/or will change, in the near future. I spend a lot of time just browsing facebook looking at old pictures, reliving things that happened a year ago. it's so strange, because in real time they seem to be so recent, but thinking about what happens inbetween gives them such distance, the memories become almost unrelatable.

I think i'm just going a bit crazy is all.

I miss everyone dearly still, I can't wait for July. I also can't wait for school to start, then end, so I can graduate and go to grad school. I've decided to go for photography, because I really really don't want to be just a designer the rest of my life. I'd be much happier as a total package, or just a photographer with design skill...that'd be cool.

the semester's over, and i'm more upset than anything now that all i pretty much get to focus on is working, making wallets, and missing any type of summer i've ever had. i'm realizing that the worry of school work really takes a lot off my mind that otherwise just sits in my stomach 24 hours a day. My anxiety is terrible right now. It's one thing to not go home, and it's another for people you call home to not be around, but for both to happen concurrently for the first time is hell

a combination of a) procrastination, b) nerves, and c) linds' blog are influencing me doing a little entry of my own, as this thing's been empty for some time. The leatherwork's going well, bought myself some new shirts from japan, a new bike, and a nice tv for the livingroom, while still keeping my bank account somewhat happy. I miss everyone, its nice to be able to relax but at the same time, kind of sucks as no one is in town.

i'm also trying to shed my winter 10lbs, which i think i'm finally going to get a start on this week. I'd like to get more intense rides in, i bought groceries for the first time in a month, and I bought carrots. I love carrots! I also broke down and bought bagged salad, which costs me probably $1.50 more than a head of lettuce, but is way easier to just put in a bowl and eat. so far so good, I ate it tonight instead of just having cereal, so that's well and mighty.

sorry, this is pretty boring i guess, just trying to get the juices flowing to ge back to studying. blaaah

Only one more design class left for this semester, which starts in an hour. so stressed, i can't wait until 9pm. lots of goodies coming soon, more leather stuff.

It's been a long semester, and I have had a lot of updates, unfortunately I just got too lazy to write them all. I'll try to get this up to date some, who knows when the next update will come.

I'm still super into leather work and have been doing a bunch of custom stuff for people.



This is my latest project, a collaboration with a Superfuture user.

I'm always taking photos, but most of it's been film lately, so I have to scan some new stuff in and I'll post it. I took this over Thanksiving break, a couple portraits of the puppys.

I've taken up leathercraft in these hot September nights. It's very relaxing.

I love Boston. Shot this flick of Tony tonight, and I have class at 9:30 tomorrow, which means I need to be on the train at 8:45 because the entire student population of BU decides to hang out on the train all day. And, have I mentioned there's a fire twirler in our complex?

Tin and I are finally moved into our new apartment. It's super comfy (that probably means a little bit small, but we wouldn't want it any other way), we have tons of storage, and everythings new. We have a garbage disposal that I didnt even know about, so i've decided to only eat half my meals for a couple days just to put it to use. I can recycle now too, because Shaws is 2 blocks away. I'll get around to pictures some time soon.




school shopping!

Soon I get to move back to the city I love, and see the friends I miss so much, and breath the air that's probably slowly killing me but makes me feel so at home. This summer's been wonderful, and I'm going to spare an entire recap but to say that i'm going back different then I left. I'm not going to say completely new, because that's not true, just changed. Like, when you pull out an album you used to listen to all the time, but as your taste evolved you just sort of put it on the back shelf, so you slowly rotated it out of your listening que. then you go back to it and you listen to it, and you notice all these things you didnt notice before. you notice a bass line that not only adds to the song but completely revamps the vibe of it in your head. you notice, i don't know, an extra guitar part or a rythm hidden behind other things.

that's how i'm going back.

I was able to sell some stuff I don't use and purchase some stuff I will use. Waist level viewer, pocket wizards, and a million printer cartridges.

i'm almost done with this monterey strat, it will be a welcomed addition to the collection. I say addition, however it's a guitar i allready owned so i guess it's not really an addition, but an upgrade of sorts.

This is my new blog again. I keep coming up with plans, how I'm going to update every other day or write about specific things, well I decided this is an anything goes type deal now. Stories, new things, who knows. Today, for instance, I started a new project. Here is a picture from that:
